PALMVIEW - Roberto Silva Gonzalez, 72, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012 at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. He was a native of Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon, Mex.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rosa Maria Silva; children, Izmael Moncayo, Isela Del Carmen Gonzalez, Adalberto Agustin Silva, Dulce Maria Silva Alaniz and Roberto Silva Jr., all of Mission; sisters, Petra Avila and Estela Romero; brothers, Rafael Silva and Erasmo Salinas; and 19 grandchildren.
The funeral mass was held Oct. 19 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen with interment following at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in McAllen.
