MISSION - Vidal Sanchez, 81, passed away on Monday, Nov. 19, 2012.
Mr. Sanchez served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1951-1958. He was a police officer for the City of Mission before working for 30 years for the International Boundary & Water Commission at Anzalduas Dam.
He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Sanchez; daughter, Thelma Sanchez; and son, Jose Eduardo Sanchez.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 21, at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission from 1 to 9 p.m.
