MISSION- Amado Zambrano, 88, passed away on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at his residence in Mission.
He was born to Pablo and Maria Zambrano on Sept. 13, 1924 in Valadeces, Tamps., Mex.
Survivors include his wife, Guadalupe Zambrano of Mission; children, Dora Alicia Orozco of Tyler, Amado Zambrano of Belton, Argelio Zambrano of Mission, Aracely Garza of Mission, Artemio Zambrano of Tyler, Abelardo Zambrano of Tyler, Arnoldo Zambrano of Tyler, Adrian Zambrano of Pasadena, Amanda Silva of Edinburg and Angelica Chapa of Mission; and a sister, Fidela Garcia of Corpus Christi.
He was preceded in death by his son, Arnoldo Zambrano.
Interment took place at Panteon Guadalupano in Valadeces, Tamps., Mex. on Jan. 13.
