PASADENA – Hilda Vickery, 72, of Pasadena passed away on Saturday Jan. 19, 2013 in Webster.
Mrs. Vickery was born on Oct. 8, 1940 in Mission to Jose and Maria Valverde. She lived in Pasadena and retired from Albemarle. She attended St. Hyacinth Catholic Church in Deer Park and later became their secretary.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Pieratt; step-daughters, Sandra and Sherri; sisters, San Juanita Villafranca and Irma Roggan; brothers, Carlos Valverde and Raul Valverde; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Dora, Lydia and Gloria; and a brother, Jose.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 11 a.m. with a funeral at 2 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main St. in League City. Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson.
