MADERO - Crispina R."Pina" Sanchez, 88, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Mission Regional Medical Center. She was born on Oct. 25, 1924 in Havana.
She is survived by her son, Roque I. Sanchez of Houston; sister, Natalia Montalvo of Pharr; and a grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ignacio Sanchez; daughter, Raquel Sanchez; and sons, Rolando and Reynaldo Sanchez.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 6, from 1 to 9 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at Flores Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Mission. The funeral mass will be held on Thursday, March 7, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Madero. Burial will follow at Granjeno Cemetery.
