LA JOYA/CORPUS CHRISTI – Marybelle Longoria, 57, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2011, at Spohn Memorial Hospital in Corpus Christi. She was was born to Eutimio A. Longoria and Edelmira Longoria on October 30, 1953 in San Antonio.
She is survived by her loving mother, Edelmira T. Longoria; sister, Maria Genoveva Barcenas; nephews, Marco Anthony and Emmett A. Hernandez; nieces, Vanessa Marie Bathea, Angelica Maria Bethea, and Maria Ysabel Martinez.
Preceding her in death were her father, Eutimio A. Longoria, and a sister, Sylvia A. Longoria.
Visitation is planned for Thursday, April 14, from 12 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary at L & I Funeral Home of Penitas.
The funeral mass will be held Friday, April 15, at 1 p.m. at Our Lady Queen Of Angels Catholic Church in La Joya. Burial follows at the La Joya Cemetery.
