Jorge A. Licona, 48, was born on April 25, 1962, and went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at Mission Hospital.
He was a loving husband and caring father he will be dearly missed and carried in our hearts forever.
He is survived by his wife, Silvia N. Licona; daughter, Claudia Y. Licona; sons, Jorge A. Licona Jr., and Alberto Licona; brothers, Andres Licona, Jose Luis Licona, Gustavo Licona, Victor Licona and Hugo Licona; and grandchildren, Jorge Licona Jr, Brianna Licona, Jadon Guerrero, Jacob Guerrero and Gabriel Licona.
He was preceded in death by his parents Maria de Jesus Santiago de Licona and Jose Licona.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 22, at Funeraria Del Angel, 3611 N. Taylor Rd., Mission, from 9 a.m. and overnight. A chapel service will be held at Funeraria del Angel Chapel on April 23 at 1 p.m. Interment follows at Valley Memorial Garden in Mission.
