OBIT-Robert C. Kaiser

MISSION - Robert C. Kaiser, 90, passed away on Aug. 2, 2013 at The Bridges in Mission. He was born on Nov. 14, 1922.

Mr. Kaiser was a veteran of the US Army and retired from General Motors. He was a cantor and choir member at St. Clements Church in Toledo, Ohio and Saint Paul's Catholic Church in Mission. He was also a member of The Barber Shop Quartet, Johnny Appleseed District in Ohio. He entertained for many years at Bentsen Grove Resort in Mission where he lived for over 25 years.

Survivors include his children, Tom Kaiser, Kathy Filipowicz and Joan Kaiser; and three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Virginia J. Kaiser.
