OBIT-Aminta Herrera Navarro

Mission - Aminta Herrera Navarro, 79, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013 at Mission Regional Medical Center.

She was born on Aug. 9, 1934 in Cestahowa to Maximo Herrera Sr. and Francisca Herrera.

Survivors include her husband, Ramon Navarro; children, Esmeralda Ruzicka, Edna Rivas, Elsie Gonzalez, Marty Ramirez, Melly Navarro, Debbie Navarro, Carlos Navarro and Jessica De Leon; siblings, Lydia Diaz, Criselda Sandoval, Maria Cantu, Max Herrera and Jose Herrera; and15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 10 a.m. at St. John of the Fields Catholic Church in Mission. Interment will follow at Catholic Cemetery in Mission.
