McCOOK/EDINBURG - Robert A. Skloss, 69, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at his residence in Edinburg.
Mr. Skloss was born and raised in McCook and followed in the family farming business
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Theresa Skloss; sons, Timothy Skloss and Steven Skloss; sisters, Elizabeth and Patricia; brothers, Andy, Ernie, Anthony and Ervin; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 27, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in McCook.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggested that donations be made in his name to the St. Joseph's Catholic Church Building Fund, 114 W. Fay St., Edinburg, TX 78539.
