OBIT-Gloria H. Mata

MISSION - Gloria H. Mata, 68, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014.

She was a retired employee with the Mission C.I.S.D. and Haggar Manufacturing.

Survivors include her husband, Jose Ruben Mata; daughters, Belinda Longoria and Gracie Montelongo; four grandchildren; and siblings, Jose Luis Hernandez, Carlos Hernandez, Irma Gonzalez, Armandina Martinez, Crisanta Hernandez, San Juanita Martinez and Imelda Hernandez.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Luis Hernandez and Julia Cantu; siblings, Jaime Hernandez, Berta Lopez, Maria De La Luz Hernandez and Carmen Garza.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, from 2 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary at Flores Funeral Home in Mission. The funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 29, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Interment will follow at Lord & I Cemetery in Palmview.
