MISSION - Ernesto Cano Sr., 70, passed away July 19, 2011 at his residence in Mission.
He is survived by his wife, Luz Cano of Mission; son, Ernesto Cano Jr. of Mission; daughter, Diana Cano of Mission; sisters, Elida Alvarado, Esperanza Rodriguez, Emma Salinas and Herminia Guzman; brothers, Erasmo Cano, Enrique Cano, Elpidio Cano and Emilio Cano Jr.; and a grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emilio and Eustaquia Cano.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 21, at 5 p.m. at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
