OBIT: Alicia N. Garcia

MISSION - Alicia N. Garcia, 84, died Friday, September 2, 2011, at her Mission residence. She was born June 26, 1927 in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Survivors include her husband, Jose F. Garcia of Mission; daughters, Maria Antonia Ibarra of Corpus Christi, Alica Lara of Mission, Beatriz Garcia of Mireles, Mexico, and Anabel Garcia of Cerda, Mexico; sons, Martin Francisco Garcia of Mission and Gerardo Alfonso Garcia of Houston; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Isabel and Cruz Nunez, and a brother, Alfonso Nunez Olmeda.

Services were held September 4 at Flores Funeral Home Chapel in Mission.  Her remains were cremated.
