Jesse Pistokache is feeling it

DSC03983The point guard for the Texas Titans was feeling it.

In the midst of a seven-game tournament in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, the young man wearing jersey number 30 was more than on his game. Playing point guard for the AAU Club, the Texas Titans, Pistokache is part of an elite basketball squad that took last year’s national championship in Memphis. Seeking to defend their title, Pistokache and the Titans entered the tournament that included 113 teams from all over the country and proceeded to dominate. Jesse had no problem dropping 30 points in back-to-back games. The kid was feeling it. The kid had Jimmer-blood in his veins. It was unbelievable. Then.

Thunder’s grand slam sparks win -- again

Colts Kramer gives up second straight grand slam in ninth

San Angelo, Texas---The Colts take their second straight loss at home at the hands of the McAllen Thunder 9-6. The Colts still hold a four-game lead in the North American South Division over the Rio Grande Valley White Wings.

Pitching for the Colts, Lefty Logan Williamson (8-0, 4.13) went 7.1 innings allowing two runs off two hits, walking three and striking out six. San Angelo took a 6-2 lead into the top of the ninth behind the offensive production of Corey Patton (18). Patton batted 2-4 on the contest, smashing two homeruns and a single. Vic Ferrante also got three hits on the night, as he went 3-4 with a double and two singles.
