OBIT-Fidela Zamora Perez

MISSION – Fidela Zamora Perez, 98, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 at Mission Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Perez was born on January 1, 1916 in Lockhart.

Survivors include her children, Manuel Perez, Juanita Peralez, Rita Esparza, Leticia Flores and Aide Mar; and 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Perez, and her parents, Esteban Zamora and Rita Peña.

Visitation will be held at Flores Funeral Home in Mission on Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 1 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary. The funeral mass will be held on Thursday, Jan. 23, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Mission.
