MISSION – Francisca Rodriguez, 83, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at Life Care Hospital North in McAllen. A funeral service was held on Feb. 7 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission. Burial followed at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
