MISSION – Maria de Jesus Valdez, 81, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Comfort House in McAllen. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
