OBIT-Rogelio Moreno
MISSION – Rogelio “Roy” Moreno, 50, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at his home in Mission.
He lived and worked in Houston for many years.
Survivors include his mother, Amalia Moreno of Mission, and siblings, Dalia Groh Saenz of Kemah, Diana de la Cruz of Houston, Rene Moreno of Mission, Gracie Castillo of McAllen, Sylvia Gutierrez of Houston and Raul Moreno of Katy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Federico Moreno, and brothers, Roberto Moreno and Ruben Moreno.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, from 1 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 29, at 2:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Mission.
