MISSION – Arturo Garcia, 83, passed away on Friday, Aug. 1, 2014, at his home in Mission. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen.
