MISSION – Sandra Kay Vandever, 64, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014.

She was born on in January, 1950, to Kenneth Ray and Billie Jean Vandever.

Survivors include her son, Crispin D. Hanshaw; sisters, Donna Blackwell and Susie Marroquin; and three grandchildren.
