MISSION – Baldemar Franco, 82, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, at Comfort House in McAllen. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Aug. 31, at 10 a.m. at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Alton. Burial follows at Lord and I Cemetery in Palmview.
