OBIT – Corina Garcia

MISSION – Corina Garcia, 77, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at Lifecare Hospital in McAllen.

Mrs. Garcia was born on Feb. 9, 1938, in Mexico to the late Alonzo and Ramona (Salinas) Treviño.

Survivors include her children, Graciela Luna, Gloria Cantu, Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez and Alberto Garcia; siblings, Juanita Treviño, Maria Garcia, Enedelia Gonzalez, Onesimo Treviño and Rene Treviño.   She was preceded in death by her husband, José Guadalupe Garcia.

Visitation will be held Monday, Jan. 25, from 1 to 9 p.m. at Rivera Funeral Home in McAlen. Burial will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at Valley Memorial Gardens.
