OBIT – Margaret Long Heaton

MISSION – Margaret Long Heaton, 95, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016.

Mrs. Long and her husband, Harvey E. Long retired in the Rio Grande Valley after selling their business, Long’s Furniture & Appliance in Topeka, Kan. After his death, she married Carl Heaton and lived in Sherman. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Mission.

Survivors include her daughters, Donna C. McLean and Judy Witt; and four grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and two great-great grandchildren.

A private service for family will follow cremation.
