MISSION – Jessie Helen Garner, 81, passed away on Friday, Feb. 26, 2016.
Survivors include her husband, Harold Garner; children Jeff Taggart and Susan Chedester; and four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A celebration of life service was held at the Aladdin Villas ballroom on March 5.
