OBIT – Rigoberto Felix Ordaz

MISSION – Rigoberto “Rigo” Felix Ordaz, 69, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at his home in Mission.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Hilda E. Ordaz; daughter, Christina Ordaz Dominguez; siblings, Maria Rene O. Cortez, Ricardo Ordaz, Rodolfo Ordaz, Rosa Maria O. Garcia, Rosa Elia O. Chacon; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Delfina G. Ordaz, and sisters, Raquel Vargas, Rebeca Laredo and Rosalinda Hernandez.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16, from 1 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 17, at 12 p.m. the funeral home. Burial follows at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
