MISSION – Raul Fuentes, 77, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016, in Mission. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. service on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
