September 16, 2016 – Mission P&Z Public Notice

The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on September 28, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A 1.0 acre tract of land out of the South 10.0 acres of the North 20.0 acres of Lot 172, John H. Shary Subdivision, from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-3 (General Business); Rezoning: 1.25 acres out of the Southeast part of the North 10 acres of the South 16.97 acres of Lot 172, John H. Shary Subdivision, from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-3 (General Business); Rezoning: 1.0 acre out of the North 10 acres of the South 16.97 acres of Lot 172, John H. Shary Subdivision, from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-3 (General Business); and Rezoning: 6.065 acres out of Lots 21 & 22, Rees Subdivision, from AO-I (Agricultural Open Interim) to C-3 (General Business)

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
