Notice is Hereby Given that by virtue of a certain Writ of Execution issued out of the HONORABLE COUNTY COURT AT LAW #5 HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS on the 3rd of February 2017, for the sum of $10,138.78 with interest thereon at the rate of 18% per annum from the 20th of June 2007 and cost of suit, under a judgment in favor of National Judgment Recovery Center LP; as assignee of Unifund CCR Partners, as assignee of Palisades Collections LLC in a certain cause in said court, No. CL-07-1252-E and styled National Judgment Recovery Center LP; as assignee of Unifund CCR Partners, as assignee of Palisades Collections LLC vs Arnoldo G. Pena and placed in my hands for service for service on 12th of April 2017, I, Lazaro Gallardo Jr., as Constable Pct.3 Hidalgo County, Texas did on the 12th of April 2017, levy on certain real estate in Hidalgo County, Texas described as follows, to-wit Lot 94, TROPICAL VALLEY ACRES SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MISSION, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO AMENDED MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 24, PAGE 41, MAP RECORDS OF HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS AND A 1979 RICHARD 60’x 14’ HOME AFFIXED TO SAID LOT. And levied upon as property of ARNOLDO G. PENA and that on the first Tuesday in JUNE 2017, the same being the 6th day of said month, at the court house door of Hidalgo County, TEXAS in the City of Edinburg, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (sale starts at 10:00 a.m.) by virtue of said levy and said writ of execution, I will sell said above described real estate at public venue for cash, to the highest bidder, as the property of said ALBERTO G. PENA and in compliance with the law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediately proceeding said day of sale, in The PROGRESS TIMES a newspaper published in Hidalgo County.
