May 12, 2017 – Mission City Council – Regular Meeting Notice

The Mission City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on May 22, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A 1.258 acre tract of land, more or less, out of the South 10 acres of the North 20 acres of Lot 254, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (C-1) Office Building to (C-2) Neighborhood Commercial

Discussion and Action to Amend the Mission Code of Ordinances Appendix A – Zoning, Article X, Sections 1.54, by Adding Subsections 5 (Revocation by City Manager)

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
