AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #4393 ADOPTING THE REDUCTION OF PERSONNEL FROM FOUR {4) TO THREE (3) TO THE CLASSIFIED POSITION OF DEPUTY CHIEF FOR THE MISSION FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF PERSON CLASSIFIED IMMEDIATELY BELOW DEPARTMENT HEAD AS ALLOWED BY CHAPTER 143.014 OF THE TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE READ, CONSIDERED AND PASSED, THIS THE 10th DAY OF APRIL, 2017.
