May 26, 2017 – City of Mission – Planning Dept Public Notice Meeting

The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on June 14, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A 1.258 acre tract of land, more or less, out of the South 10 acres of the North 20 acres of Lot 254, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (C-1) Office Building to (C-2) Neighborhood Commercial; and Rezoning: A 0.65 acre tract of land out of Meadow Creek Country Club Phase II-A Subdivision, from PUD (Planned Unit Development – Permanent Open Space District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development – Commercial)

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
