OBIT – Teddie Moseley
MISSION – Teddie Jean Moseley, 89, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, at Las Palmas Healthcare Center in McAllen.
Ms. Moseley was born on Sept. 26, 1927, in Mosheim to Anna Fay Callan and W.T. (Ted) Moseley. In 1939 the family moved to the Rio Grande Valley and settled in Pharr. She graduated from P.S.J.A. High School in 1945 and Durham Business College a year later. After working in the P.S.J.A. principal’s office for a year, she gained employment with C.I.T. Financial Services where she worked for 34 years. Upon retirement, she continued working 13 years for Carpet Distributors and three years at Security Depot.
She is survived by a sister, Deanie M. Solether-Reagan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Joyce Risinger and T.C. Moseley.
A graveside service was held on Aug. 18 at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission with Pastor Ken Fickenscher officiating.
