September 29, 2017 – City of Mission Planning Dept. – Public Notice

The Mission City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on October 9, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: 0.234 acres out of Lot 1, Kirk Subdivision, from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (C-3) General Business; Rezoning: 0.721 acres out of Lot 265, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business; and Rezoning: 1.242 acres out of Lot 265, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AOI) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1) Single Family Resdential

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
