October 13, 2017 – City of Mission Planning and Zoning Meeting

The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on October 25, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A tract of land consisting of 21.59 gross acres, more or less, out of and forming a part of Lots 7 & 8, and the East 2.0 acres of Lot 6, Rees Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1) Single Family Residential

Discussion and Action for an Amendment to Chapter 86, Article I, Section 86-2, Article II, Sections 86- 41, 86-42, Article V, Sections 86-152, 86-153, 86-154, and 86-155 If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
