Notice is Hereby Given that by virtue of a certain Writ of Execution issued out of the HONORABLE Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 Pl. 1, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS on the 20th of September 2017, for the sum of $6,175.00 with interest thereon at the rate of 5% per annum from the 16th of May 2017 and cost of suit, under a judgment in favor of Ferdinando Garcia in a certain cause in said court, No. SC17-0018-J41 and styled Ferdinando Garcia vs D & F Utility Contractor c/o Jose Javier Silva and placed in my hands for service for service on 26th day of September 2017, I, Lazaro Gallardo Jr., as Constable Pct. 3 Hidalgo County, Texas did on the 29th of September 2017, levy on real property in Hidalgo County, Texas described as follows, to-wit North Ridge Acres PH2 Lot 70 in Penitas, TX RECORDS OF HIDALGO COUNTY show Property ID 687980. And levied upon as property of Jose Javier Silva and that on the first Tuesday in NOVEMBER 2017, the same being the 7th day of said month, at the court house door of Hidalgo County, TEXAS in the City of Edinburg, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (sale starts at 10:00 a.m.) by virtue of said levy and said writ of execution, I will sell said above described real estate at public venue for cash, to the highest bidder, as the property of said Jose Javier Silva and in compliance with the law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediately proceeding said day of sale, in The PROGRESS TIMES a newspaper published in Hidalgo County.
