OBIT – Jose Gonzalez

PALMVIEW – Jose L. Gonzalez, 93, passed away Monday, Oct. 30, 2017, at home in Palmview.

Mr. Gonzalez was born on Dec. 15, 1923, in Mexico to Antonio and Eustaquia (Rangel) Gonzalez.

Survivors include his wife, Margarita (Lopez) Gonzalez; children, Juan Gonzalez, Feliciano Gonzalez, Jose Gonzalez, Rosario Gonzalez, Maria Vargas and Lupe Morin; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Asuncion Gonzalez.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 10 a.m. at Rivera Funeral Home in Mission. Burial follows at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
