November 3, 2-17 – City Of Mission Planning Departmenr – Public Notice – Meeting 20171115

The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on November 15, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: Lot 1, Yessica Pedraza Subdivision, from (C-1) Office Building to (C-3) General Business Discussion and Action Amending Various Portions of Chapter 86 – Signs of the Mission Code of Ordinances Discussion and Action Amending Chapter 98 – Subdivision, Section 98-144 of the Mission Code of Ordinances to Allow the Usage of Park Zone Funds with City Council Approval for Regional Recreational Sites

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
