October 26, 2018 – City of La JOya – Public Notice

NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE LA JOYA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Sections 505.159 and 505.160, the La Joya Economic Development Corporation will conduct a public comment period for not less than sixty (60) days between October 26, 2018 – December 26, 2018 on a proposed development agreement for a healthcare facility to be located at 150 N Coyote Blvd.

A public hearing is also noticed on the following date:

Hearing Time: 12:00pm

Comments may be submitted to the La Joya Economic Development Corporation during the comment period or at the public hearing. All written comments must be received prior to the expiration of the comment period.
