OBIT – Richard Meyer

MISSION – Richard Leslie Meyer, 74 years, of Mission, TX, passed away Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018, at Edinburg Nursing & Rehab Center in Edinburg, TX.

Survivors include his three daughters, Lori Meyer (Jason Miller), Vicki Walters (Steven), and Wendi Meyer, all of Independence, MO..; his mother, Vivian Meyer of Fremont; brother, Jerry (Valerie) Meyer of Murfreesboro, TN.., and Ronald (Jane) Meyer of Fremont; two grandchildren, Parker Walters and Savannah “Charlie” Walters, both of Independence, MO.; special friends, Harold “Hank” and Terri Samson of Grand Island, Nebraska., and Carol Biard of Mission, TX.; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at Moser Memorial Chapel, followed by a graveside service at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont with military honors.
