NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE IN ZONING

Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Palmview City Hall Council Chamber, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to determine whether to recommend approval or disapproval of the application for Reclassification of the following property:

• Consideration and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Single Family Residential (R-1) to General Business (C-3): MISSION GROVES ESTATE E175’-S100’-N290’ LOT 11 BLK 2 .40AC GR.34AC NET

• Consideration and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Single Family Residential (R-1) to General Business (C-3): FLORES HEIGHTS UT NO 1 LOT 16

• Consideration and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Single Family Residential (R-1) to Multi- Family (R-3): CARLOS LOT 18

• Consideration and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Agricultural Open Interim (AO-1) to Multi- Family (R-3): BENTSEN GROVES N150’-W580.8’ LOT 65 2.0AC

• Consideration and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Single Family Residential (R-1) to General Business (C-3): RIVERSIDE ESTATES LOT 97

Additionally, notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Palmview City Council will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Palmview City Hall Council Chambers to consider the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission on this matter.

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Palmview’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
