City of Alton Public Notice

The City of Alton will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall Legislative Chambers located at 509 S. Alton Boulevard to consider the following request:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:

Sylvia Cruz, d.b.a. La Tienda, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to obtain a Wine and Beer Retailer’s Off-Premise Permit at 2201 W. Main Avenue, also legally described as Lot 5, Hill-Top Subdivision, Alton, Hidalgo County, Texas.

The public is invited to attend or file written support for or opposition to this application by 12:00 noon on August 27, 2019, for the Planning and Zoning and the City Commission.
