La Joya Housing Authority Invitation to Submit Proposals

INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS

The La Joya Housing Authority (LJHA) herewith requests proposals for Fee Accounting Services as supplied by an individual accountant or firm.

This invitation is restricted to services for the LJHA only and proposals with respect to other agencies of projects shall not be submitted. Proposals are invited from any professional service, which can comply with all requirements of HUD Regulations, and with the objectives of the LJHA.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains specific submission requirements, general scope of service requirements, as well as terms, conditions, and other pertinent information necessary for submitting a proposal. Interested firms can obtain the Request For Proposal package beginning Friday, March 6, 2020 in person between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, from the LJHA Office located at 945 S Leo Ave, La Joya TX. 78560 or by email at ruben.villarreal@lajoyahousing.org or mandy@lajoyahousing.org. Questions and inquiries should be directed in writing to Ruben Villarreal, Executive Director or Amanda Valdez, Finance Coordinator at the same address or email as above.

Proposals must be received by the LJHA on or before Thursday, April 2nd, 2020 by 4:00 p.m.
All proposal submittals shall be labeled as follows:

Proposals may NOT be withdrawn for a period of ninety days from the submission deadline date.
