City of Alton Public Notice

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Alton, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
Tract I:
Being the north 5.00 acres of an 11.67 acre tract of land, more or less, being part of or portion of Lot 374; John H. Shary Subdivision, recorded in Volume 1 Page 17 of the Hidalgo County Map Records.
A public hearing will be held by the City of Alton, Texas on the 26th day of May, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Legislative Chambers at the Alton City Hall, Alton, Texas, located at 509 S. Alton Blvd, Alton, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
