PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Alton will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall Legislative Chambers located at 509 S. Alton Boulevard to consider the following request:

REZONE REQUEST:
Omar Garcia on behalf of Fortis Land Company, LLC is requesting to Rezone a 10.0 acre tract at the 700 Block of Trosper Road, from “R-2” Single Family Residential-Standard Lot District to “R-3” Single Family Residential-Small Lot District as legally described as follows:
Tract I: being a 10.00 acre tract of land, out of and forming part or portion of Lot 39-4, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas;
The public is invited to attend the public hearing or file written support for or opposition to this application by 12:00 noon on May 26, 2020, for the Planning and Zoning and the City Commission.
