THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ESTATE OF
ALFREDO HURTADO, DECEASED
On the 15th day of May, 2020, MARIA G. VERA DE HURTADO, CRISTINA HURTADO, ALFREDO HURTADO, LAURA DEL CARMEN HURTADO VERA, BELIA ENRIQUETA HURTADO VERA filed an application for Determination of Heirship in a proceeding styled the ESTATE OF ALFREDO HURTADO, DECEASED, and bearing Probate Case Number P-39,996 in the Probate Court of Hidalgo County, Texas.
The Court may hear the said Application for the Determination of Heirship at 10:00 A.M. on the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date this citation is published, at the County Courthouse in Edinburg, Texas.
All persons interested in the aforesaid estate are commanded to appear at or before the time set for said hearing by filing a written contest or answer to the Application for Determination of Heirship should they desire to oppose or contest it. Said written contest or answer shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk of Hidalgo County, Texas, in Edinburg, Texas.
The officer serving this citation shall, in compliance with the law, serve it by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in this, the county in which such proceeding is pending, for not less than ten (10) days before the return day hereof, exclusive of the day of publication and the date of publication said newspaper bears shall be the day of publication.
If this citation is not served withing 90 days after the date of issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
