ALTON PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Alton, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
Tract I:
Being 13.71 acre tract of land, more or less, out of the south 20.0 acres out of Lot 38-8; West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, recorded in Volume 1 Page 56 of the Hidalgo County Map Records.
A public hearing will be held by the City of Alton, Texas on the 13th day of October, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Legislative Chambers at the Alton City Hall, Alton, Texas, located at 509 S. Alton Blvd, Alton, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
