Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:
• Discussion and Possible Action for a variance to the setback requirement, requested by Carlos & Donna Barrera, to allow an encroachment of 25ft into a 25ft front setback and encroachment of 1ft into the right-of-way at SOLANA LOT 4; 2103 Liberty Dr.
