NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That by virtue of a certain Order of Sale Cause No. C-4401-18-A issued out of the Honorable 92ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS on the 19th day of March 2019, whereas Villa Valencia HOA, Inc. as Plaintiffs recovered a judgment against: Gustavo Moreno (Defendant) in the amount of Six Thousand Four Hundred Forty Three Dollars and Forty Seven Cents ($6,443.47); (Actual damages of One Thousand, Twenty Four Dollars and Eighty Eight Cents ($1,024.88); Attorney’s fees in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2,502.50); Court cost of One Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty Six Dollars and Forty One Cents ($1,626.41); Service fees of One Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($100.00); for pre-judgment interest, and post judgment interest from March 19, 2019, through the anticipated foreclosure date of November 03, 2020, in the amount of Four Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and Sixty Eight Cents ($439.68); and Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($750.00) in Attorney fees for the projected cost of handling the foreclosure:, together with the cost of executing this writ with all costs of suit as of record is manifest in favor of Villa Valencia HOA, Inc. and placed in my hands for service on September 04 2020, I, J.E. “Eddie” Guerra, as Sheriff of Hidalgo County, Texas, did on the 25th day of September 2020, levy on certain Real Estate, situated in Hidalgo County, Texas, described as follows, to-wit:
And levied upon as the property of Gustavo Moreno and that on the first Tuesday in December 2020, the same being the 1st day of said month, at 2802 South Business Highway 281, The Hidalgo County Administrative Building, Edinburg, Texas, hereby designated by The Hidalgo County Commissioners Court, in the City of Edinburg, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by virtue of said levy and said Order of Sale, I will sell said above real estate at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder, as the property of said Gustavo Moreno in compliance with the law, I give this notice by publication, in the English Language, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks immediately proceeding said day of sale, in The Progress Times a Newspaper in Hidalgo County, Texas.
