NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Palmview City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 6, 2021at 6:00 p.m. at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:

•Discussion and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Agricultural Open Interim (AO-1) To Heavy Commercial (C-4): PORCION 49 W550’-N396’-N30AC-65.22AC-W1320’ SHARE 14 5.00 AC GR.

• Discussion and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Agricultural Open Interim (AO-1) To Heavy Commercial (C-4): 7AC OUT OF LOT 12 AND LOT 13 MISSION GROVES ESTATES BLK 1.

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Palmview’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
