The Mission Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. by Teleconference in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: Being 26.590 acres out of Lots 14-1, 15-1, and 16-1, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision from (PUD) Planned Unit Development (AO-P) Permanent Open Space District and (R-1T) Townhouse Residential District to (PUD) Planned Unit Development (R-1) Single Family Residential District

Rezoning: Lots 31 and 32, Block 1, Town of Madero from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex Residential

Rezoning: Lot 38 & the South 411.4’ of Lot 39, Melba Carter Subdivision (Un Recorded) from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (C-3) General Business

Rezoning: A tract of land containing 4.271 acres tract of land, more or less, out of Lot 18-11, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision from (C-1) Office Building to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex Residential

Discussion and possible action to Designate Honorary Street Name
